The practice, not a promise

The app is a journaling and affirmation ritual. It does not promise money, relationships, career results, or any other real-world outcome.

Subscriptions

Access to the ritual after onboarding requires an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Unused portions of a free trial (none in v1) are forfeited when you purchase.

Restore purchases is available on the paywall and in You.

Voice

You grant us a limited license to process a voice sample you record, only to play affirmations back to you. You can withdraw that by deleting your data in the app. You must not record someone else without their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the voice service. Do not use the app to harass anyone.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions you make after journaling. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
